If you are unfit, 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp is the best kick-start and introduction to health and fitness you can get. If you consider yourself already fit we will take your fitness to the next level, help improve your all-round fitness and teach you how to train effectively, prevent injures and keep fit for life.

Is our fitness assessed when we arrive?
From the moment you sign up, sign up, ) we enquire about your current fitness levels and your expectation from this holiday.
Step 1 : From there on we will start creating a customized fitness plan for you . Which will take into consideration your current fitness levels , past workout experience, injuries and goals.
Step 2 : After completing the orientation, we will conduct your fitness analysis which will include your body fat, measurements, lifestyle and diet based on which you will be given your weekly schedule. |

Will I drop a dress size / whats your average weight loss?
| Whilst you could drop a dress size, everyone's weight loss will depend on their height, weight, BMI and how physically active they already are. At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp an average weight loss of 5 % of your bodyweight is guaranteed. |

Should I notify if I have any injuries, illness or allergies?
| It is essential for you to mention your injuries , illness and allergies in the client profile form . This will enable us to customize your program at 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp as necessary. |

If I have an injury can I still be a part of 1ON1 Fitness?
| It depends on the kind of injury. Most injuries we can work around and in many cases we can help to rehabilitate them. If you are unsure we are happy to call you and discuss your concerns. |

Do I have time to chill out and relax?
| There is plenty of time during the day to chill out and relax - you can't train all day! Indeed it is essential to recover. The more intense workouts are usually in the early and mid morning , evenings are to unwind and enjoy Kodaikanal thats why we also call it a fitness HOLIDAY ! |

Will this be a tour guided type of approach?
| The atmosphere at 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp - although working in a structure - is very spontaneous and personal. The schedule for the next day is only announced the day before so there is an element of expectation and surprise. The locations we use are exclusive and remote. |

What equipment do you supply?
| At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp we supply all exercise equipment (i.e. mountain bikes (Cannon Dale F6 / F7, Schwinn) & helmets, Life Fitness Cable Machine , Spinning Bikes ,Power Blocks , Swiss balls ,Medicine balls, Exercise mats, Sand bags, Terabands ,Dumbbells ,Skipping ropes, Balance pads ,TRX Suspension Training. |

What extras do I have to pay for?
Your course fee does not include:

- Supplements and Vitamins
- Heart Rate Monitors are essential for all training activities you have to either bring or buy your own monitor or you can rent it from us . We recommend a basic model of Polar Heart Rate monitor - FT4 . You can call/email us for any queries. We do not exercise without heart rate monitors.
- Any damages caused to the linen, monitors, equipment or house property during your stay will be chargeable.

What is the minimum and maximum period of stay?
The minimum is 1 week and goes up to 8 weeks depending on your fitness goals.
1 week program we promise only a foundation of a healthy lifestyle and a clean fitness holiday.
2-4 weeks: We can promise substantial results based on your goal which could be weight loss , muscle tone or injury rehabilitation |

What payment method do you use?
| We request for a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your place and the balance is to be paid on arrival. We accept Cash/ Cheque/DD/Bank Transfer |

What is your cancellations policy?
| Should you wish to cancel, please inform us 20 days prior to your arrival or the deposit will be not be refunded in lieu of cancellation charges . However, we do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise and as long as we can fill your place then we will move your booking to the next mutually available date, with a charge of 1 room night. |

What is the accommodation like?
| For your stay at 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/Boot Camp , we offer home style accommodation with a choice of Double or Twin sharing rooms. The cottage is a part of 18 row houses but is secluded from most of the others. There are three rooms in the house : 2 have twin beds and one has a double bed . Each room has a stunning view and is as cosy as the other. The Twin Rooms have a common bathroom which is just outside the rooms. See Gallery for a visual of your stay . |

What will I eat during the Fitness Holiday/Boot Camp?
At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp you will be well fed, so don't be alarmed - we will not starve you but give you the right balance of nutritions. The food we serve is clean, hygienic and most importantly well balanced. We will be serving vegetarian meals along with egg to supplement your protein requirement.
The composition of your meals here will have a approximately 40% carbohydrate 40% protein and 20% fat (will vary according to metabolic typing). You will be served a mix of the macro nutrients which will include fruits, cereal, oats, vegetables, nuts, greens, grains and pulses. Dairy products will be kept to a minimum. |

| We ensure you that once you have the right gear and clothing you will enjoy every bit of the weather. |

What do I need to bring with me?
You need to be well geared. Here is a list of things you require to enjoy a comfortable run/trek /bike ride or yoga.
- Winchester with a hood This is a must as when you do your cardio activities you are against the wind ... which makes you feel cold and uncomfortable to run/ walk.
- Beanie Head gear is most important to keep you warm and going.
- Ear warmer When you run your ears need to be covered.
- Buff to cover your neck, ears and nose in case of dust or cold
- Running shoes and socks Essential for all your fitness activities.
- Gym shoes This is needed for the gym and will be kept for the gym only
- Gym clothes Please avoid shorts / spaghettis. You need full tracks, full sleeve hooded t-shirts.
- Gloves ideally leather gloves keep you most warm.
- Biking Gloves (full) For a better grip and warmth on bike rides
- Hat /Cap Once it gets a bit sunny you will need a hat .The sun in kodaikanal is fairly strong.
- Sweater / Jacket Important as days and nights can get real nippy.
- Music & MP3 Players Carry your portable devices its nice during long runs/walks /bike rides keeps you going .
- Medication If you have asthma or any other medical conditions please carry your medication.
- Backpack When you go for treks and other adventure activities a small backpack is a must .
- Heart Rate Monitor This is a compulsory item which you need and can also be bought at 1ON1 Fitness. We recommend Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
- Water sipper To keep you hydrated.
- Hydration Back pack For your long runs.

How do I get to Kodaikanal ?
By Air: The nearest airports are Madurai (120 km), Coimbatore (170 km) and Trichy (195 km)
By Train: The nearest railway station is Kodai Road, which is about 80 km away from Kodaikanal. Coimbatore Junction is the major rail-head which is well connected to all cities in India.
By Bus: Regular bus services are available from Kodaikanal to Madurai, Palani, Kodai Road, Theni, Dindigul, Thiruchirappalli, Kumuli, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Chennai

Do I need to hire a car?
| Your pick up will be taken care of by 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp . Your return taxi and local transport for leisure or sightseeing activities is not complimentary. |

Are mobile phones allowed?
| Mobile phones are permitted but not during Training/Cardio sessions. |

Can I Smoke / Drink?
