Scientifically Programmed: At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/ Boot Camp your fitness program is scientifically monitored with Heart Rate monitors to ensure better results and safety.

Balanced Diet: At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/Boot Camp a balanced diet will be provided with an understanding of the importance of eating before and after workouts. Intake of carbohydrates, proteins and beneficial fats will be balanced to encourage fat burning while building muscle.

Personalized attention: At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/Boot Camp each client is under complete supervision of Mr. Prahlladh Bulchandani our trainer, qualified with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Result oriented: At 1ON1 Fitness holidays/Boot Camp depending on the fitness goals, the clients will lose a minimum of 5% of their body weight per week and increase their stamina and muscle tone.

Injury Rehabilitation: At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/Boot camp we focus on Injury Rehabilitation . In case of past-injuries, a specially designed workout will strengthen muscles supporting the injured area and help regain range of motion.
