TYPICAL DAY

At 1ON1 Fitness Holidays/Boot Camp every tiny aspect of your program will be customised according to your fitness levels, hobbies, sport interests, likes and dislikes.

 

E.g  A Beginner who has never worked out will be trained from scratch at a slower pace to ensure the core training foundations are well engraved.

E.g  An older person will be allowed to maintain their own pace and will be dealt with patiently Some one who has been regularly working out can expect a typical day as follows :

E.g  A golf player will have access to the golf course and we can organise the fitness program , Cart , Caddy , Golf Set and Training for the same . ( Our rates include the training , food and accomdation, the golf game charges are additonal).

6:00 AM

Morning Energizer : Protein Shake and Fruit

6:30 AM

Cardio Vascular activities: Off-site activity - Local adventures that will surprise you with fitness challenges (Trekking , Cycling ,Running and Sports ). All of our locations are picked for their uniquely beautiful landscapes and we make an effort to incorporate the countryside at every turn.

8:30 AM

Breakfast : A mix of Carbohydrates , protein and fat to re-fuel your body.

11:00 AM

Strength Training/ Abs workshop

1:00 PM

Lunch a sumptuous meal

4:00 PM

Restorative Yoga, Relaxation Stretch

7:00 PM

Dinner along with the fun evenings: Bon-fire
